hello friends! i hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving with everyone you love! we are jumping right into things here at the shop, as today is our holiday open house. so many fun things happening... everyone who comes can make their very own winter jar terrarium, plus we'll have snacks, drinks and giveaways galore!

the first giveaway today is this lovely nautical necklace pictured above. it's created with an upcycled cotton belt, rope and wooden beads. this would look fantastic with navy slacks and a big chunky winter-white sweater. if you love this necklace as much as i do, you may want to play our saturday scavenger hunt!

here's how it works:

• each saturday morning we will post an item from urban sassafras that you can win. this item will also be on display in the shop. 
•  we will also post a question and give you one pictorial hint. it is your mission (if you choose to accept) to come to the shop, OR find a post on facebook, OR search for the item on instagram, etc., then go online and answer our question in the comments below. 
• each saturday evening, we will randomly choose a winner from the individuals who commented during the day. 
• be sure to check back EVERY saturday to see if you recognize our clue and know the answer to the quiz!

rules:

• you must leave your answer in the comments section on our blog. comments on instagram, facebook or anywhere else will not be entered in the drawing 
• however, you are allowed to search fb, instagram, and of course the shop for answers 
• only comments submitted by 6pm each saturday will be entered for the drawing 
• winners must come to the shop to pick up prize
